The Different Art Centre, a first-of-its-kind establishment, leverages magic and art as tools for social upliftment, focusing particularly on empowering individuals with disabilities. Minister Dhungel commended Muthukad for his visionary work and acknowledged the transformative impact of his efforts. Muthukad's two-month Inclusive India tour aims to showcase the potential of magic and art in fostering social change. Minister Dhungel highlighted that such innovative projects set a benchmark for social reform and inclusivity, expressing hope that Sikkim will lead similar efforts in the northeastern region.
The minister also applauded the initiatives undertaken by Muthukad to support people with disabilities, calling them exemplary.
