Golden feather to DAC’s cap

27th August 2022, New Delhi : World famous magician Sri. Gopinath Muthukad’s Different Art Centre (DAC) will have one more feather in its cap. Perhaps, this time the feather is golden.

  

The children from DAC, some of whom were autistic, deaf, intellectual disordered, or had physical challenges had the opportunity to meet India’s first woman, the honourable president of the nation Smt. Droupadi Murmu on 27th in Rashtrapati Bhavan.

All of the children were introduced to the President by Sri. Muthukad, the DAC's executive director. When it was their turn, the children patiently listened while exhibiting honour and respect for the president.

The honourable president was also keen to know each student and their responses from them.

She expressed her joy in seeing the children during the president's address and appreciated Sri. Gopinath Muthukad for taking the initiative and successfully carrying on in the same spirit. It's true that this will brighten many of these children's lives and provide significant healing to their families and set a good example for society, she added.

Sri. Muthukad acknowledged his thankfulness and gratitude to the president for the courtesy and goodwill extended towards the differently abled children.The events were organized with the support of the Ministry of Social Justice Empowerment.

Union ministers, State ministers, Representatives from Kerala, Top dignitaries, and Social activists from Kerala and Delhi have extended their support to the event go magnificent.
