The Different Art Center (DAC) marked International Dance Day, observed globally on April 29, with a colourful cultural programme titled “Rhythm of Grace”, showcasing the artistic talents of children with disabilities through music and dance.
The programme was organised jointly by the Sreevidya Kalanikethan Cultural Society, Thiruvananthapuram and the Different Art Center. As part of the event, children performed a graceful dance presentation to the song “Anandanatanam Aadi Njan”, drawing appreciation from the audience for their confidence, rhythm and expressive performance.

A special art performance presented by children associated with the cultural society was also staged during the programme. The celebrations concluded with an interactive dance session led by actor and SKCS Chairperson Anjitha, creating an atmosphere of joy and participation.
Speaking on the occasion, Anjitha said the Different Art Center has emerged as a unique space where artistic talent finds encouragement and expression. She noted that the centre reflects the transformative power of art through the happiness and enthusiasm displayed by the children.
